20% restocking fee may apply to all returns & cancellations; only unopened, re-sellable product accepted for return; kegs, and special ordered items cannot be returned. All returns must be pre-authorized.Â
Shipping & handling paid by customer each way. Customer is responsible for obtaining tracking for return shipments. Cancellations must be received before order is processed.Â
If you return an order without pre-authorization, return may be subject to refusal or subject to redirect fee if returned to the incorrect store. Returns without RMA# on outer packaging and original packing slip enclosed in shipment may be recycled or donated.Â
Returns must be approved and returned within 30 days of purchase date.Â
